Just a little randomness to keep you on your toes!

About the only thing I miss from our house in Topeka is the laundry chute. Ellis and I have invented our own here and I guess it serves it's purpose. We throw them over the ledge, yell, "look out below" and they land at the bottom of the steps. They both love doing it and any chore that they think is fun is good enough for me!

I still haven't figured this one out so, good luck!

Ellis's sunday school lesson yesterday was on the lost sheep. He was so excited to show Daddy the game that they played. I got out the leftover supplies and he instructed us on how we should use our staffs (sticks) to keep the sheep (cotton balls) in their pen.

Alaire was all about attempting to eat her sheep.

fun times! I hated when we lived in a two story house and the laundry.. I was always carrying it somewhere. Now ours is in the garage (strange i know), but all old houses seem to have it this way!

Laundry shoots are the best....but .... what a great idea to create this chore into fun by heaving it over the ledge!
I just saw on HGTV a house with the washer and dryer outside on the awning covered patio! Now that I would really hate!

So cute! Kendra would be with Alaire on the eating of the sheep. :) I hope you are all feeling better!
