Lots of time to wait for paint at walmart. Alaire entertained!
They are constantly asking me to take their picture together.
They went to Target to buy something with their own money. Ellis bought a lego Ninja and Alaire chose to buy a bathing suit tutu. She wears it nearly every day!
This almost never happens so I had to get a photo. She is strong willed and knows it drives him nuts when she says she wants Mommy to do everything. This night she went straight to him and just hopped up on his lap like it was nothing.
Another night after church. The next day they helped us paint the entire exterior of our house in one day!!!
Finally made it to "The Pool" hike. Not only did we finish it and get the patch but we saw a moose! and a baby!!
She let us get so close to her. The baby hid in the brush most of the time and then ran out and baby and mama ran off into the trees.

They wanted to splash around in the water but I knew it would soak through their boots and get their socks wet and then Trevor and I would be carrying them to the trail head. I thought I would be clever and say they could play in it barefoot knowing that it was fresh snow melt and there was no way they would last more than a few seconds. I was wrong. They thought it was great!
Ellis begs every time to get a picture by the Estes Park boulder. He was super happy we stopped.

Your kids are nuts and I love every inch of those little bodies. Love the almost choke hold Ellis has on Alaire in their first together shot.
