We went to 3.1.3 again last night and it was a blast! Trevor spent most of his day at the park putting together a putt putt course made out of cardboard and other misc. items he found around the church. He did a great job and it turned out to be fun for all ages. The students were very competitive. A few dressed the part and many of them made their own putters.
He made 9 holes and the students split up in groups of four to attempt to get their marshmellow "balls" into the hole. I wish I had more pictures of each hole. There was one with a water hazard, a bat swinging, and Ellis' personal favorite was the tower that you had to hit your ball through.

So cool and what fun for Ellis. Ellie loves golf and her club. However, it gets taken away a lot!
How fun is that! Isn't it great that Trevor has all these cool ideas and that Ellis gets to enjoy them all. Brings back memories with Sarah and the MWBC Youth Group.
twas a fun night!
What a cute idea. :) It looks like he had so much fun. :)
Way to go Trev! Going back to our old days of playing golf in Lamar. Sounds like you used your imagination to create a fun nite for the youth. Great idea. I just played some real golf today. Hope to get to play some golf soon with you. Love ya! Dad
Isn't it great to know that even teens can enjoy the wonder of cardboard... duck tape.....and a little
imagination!
(How long have you been able to get Alaire to drink from a bottle?)
Fun! Does marshmellow golf come with a uniform?...'Cause maybe you're in trouble if it does! :)
Too fun! How cute is Ellis trying to play too?! How many "balls" did he eat?!
What a great idea. But it is so stinking hot here in KY that I am afraid the marshmellow would melt. I think we are going to have to stick to frozen t-shirts:)
