A long one!!

Wow what a weekend we had. We (Auntie Em, Michael, Ellis, Alaire, and I) made a whirlwind trip to WV to see everyone. There is no possibleway that I chould've done it without Auntie Em. We played with stitch at Peep's and the boys played a little game they invented called roof ball. Ellis shared strawberries and lots of root beer with Peep and we had dinner one night with Raree, Molly, Dustin, and Peep.

Alaire had her first real food, a banana for Sunday lunch at Mam and Pap's .Auntie Em was trying to offer her a cookie that Katelyn had made but I thought we should start with something a little easier! She loved it so I bought her a few more at the store tonight.

We got to see everyone on the Ellis side but Uncle Terry and Sabrina on Sunday afternoon for lunch. We did measure Ellis on the measuring doorway but my picture wasn't even worth sharing. I did enjoy the picture of everyone in their hats though. Seems like we are always dressing upu and goofing off at their house.

Saturday night we got to go out to the Napiers and see Aunt Sarah Beth and all of her puppies. Ellis played in the mud for a little while and we also got to see Gracie. Me, Em, Sarah Beth and Gracie's mom Julie were best friends growing up and Alaire and Gracie were born on the same day. Gracie's grandmother bought them the same outfit so we had to get pictures of them. Ellis fell in love with Gracie. We asked him if he wanted to hold her and he would not let her go. He sat there for a good 3 or 4 minutes. I think I took over 40 pictures of the girls together but unfortunatley I didn't get any of Em, SB, Julie, and me. We kept saying it was like the paparazzi. I think at one point they had 5 cameras in their faces.

On our way out of town we made the usual stop at Baskin Robins and Ellis talked me in to getting him a cone.....what am I crazy? We ended up having to send Auntie Em back in to get him a dish to put it in (like I said I couldn't have done it without her.)
Now that we are home we made a trip to the park this afternoon and then the boys played a little baseball out back after dinner.
