Fall Festival

We met Ellis' buddy from church, Hannah at the Fall Festival last night. They had so much fun together. We rode a train, got lots of candy at the trunk-or-treat, made pictures, and did lots of jumping and sliding in the inflatables.

Alaire was so fun to watch. She tried to carry her candy bag all by herself but half way through had to hand it over so she didn't get it soaked in all of the snow and puddles.

People were actually guessing that Ellis was a motorcycle rider so I guess we did pretty good with his costume. (Thank goodness Micheal's buddy Luke passed down the Harley fleece last year.) Hopefully we will be able to keep up with his imagination in the years to come. Our kitty cat had her tail on but the mask was a little much when she was trying to have fun. If her kitty cat loves keeps growing at the same pace we may be able to use the same mask next year.

We did the slide a bunch. Ellis is like a little stunt man on this thing. He does a jump start.

The first few times she went with me but by the end she was itching to go alone so I let her go and she loved it.

We had so much fun at the festival that I think we are going to skip out on the actual Halloween thing and go to church as usual tomorrow night. Ignorance is bliss!!

Thanks for describing it so well that it was ... almost... like being there .... almost! Glad all of you had such a great time! (The pictures helped, too.)
