If you are from Huntington then you already know, but if not, well first you are missing out, but Jim's is a famous spaghetti place there. Somehow my mom and Aunt Kate have the recipe so we all get to enjoy it.
I rarely make it because you have to let it cook all day and I don't usually think about dinner that far in advance but tonight was the night of enjoyment at our house. Alaire had two large bowls and the picture of Ellis is him waiting for a second batch of noodles to boil!

Nothing better than Jim's that is for darn sure. I'm going to have to make some the next time it gets cool. YUMMMMMMM!
