The puppets

Nana called us the other night to let us know that there was going to be a ventriloquist at the library the next day and she had gotten us tickets if we we wanted to go. I really wasn't sure how Ellis would react but we talked about it the rest of the night and he seemed excited. He talked a lot about the Bible puppet that they had at church on Sunday for our family service so I thought he was going to like this show as well.

I guess he liked it because he is still talking about it but you would never know it from watching him at the show. He sat on my lap the whole time and would occasionally hide his face in my chest. He did however enjoy the part when Wayne played the washboard and the harmonica. Nana got one picture that he is actually smiling in so as soon as Kimmi shows her how to send them I'll post that on here too.

After the show we played around in the library for a while. Chloe loved "playing" with Alaire. She piled her up with toys and Alaire just laughed.

In addition to "playing" Alaire also drank a bottle at the library, well she drank two ounces. My friend Molly was in the nursery with Alaire on Sunday and I had taken a bottle for them to attempt and Molly got her to drink the whole five ounces. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find out what her trick was.

Our sit and stand stroller is a real hit with Ireland and Chloe. Ellis was not to be left out, so I ended up pushing four kids to the front of the library as we were leaving.

What a load! What fun though. The library is always a fun place for us.

Love the library and kids. They just naturally go together.
