The kiddos haven’t had a bath together in a while so I thought I would capture the moment tonight. Ellis loves to entertain her and she is a captive audience so it worked out really well. We had the water a little high for Alaire and at one point she toppled over backwards and Trevor made the catch of a lifetime that I caught on camera. There is one shot in there where Ellis is smiling, don’t be fooled into thinking that we got that by asking him to smile. Instead we used the “don’t you smile” technique, which seems to be working for just about everything right now, even the dinner that he “no likes.” I’m currently praying that this tactic will work well into the teen years….and don’t anyone tell me it’s not possible, a girl can dream right!
The other little boys name in some of the pictures is Dylan. He just moved in 2 doors down and already loves coming to our house to play. He is 4 and he really wants to come in our house….he says so every time we see him.

Ellis' new neighbor is small for a 4 yr. old. He looks like he is the same size as Ellis.
(I noticed the shoes, too.... I never watched punky brewster... so I didn't make that connection. It looks all boy!)
