Not Again!

This is Alaire outside yesterday. The long sleeves were probably not needed. It was 68 degrees yesterday. She even went shoe and sockless to church.

This is Ellis this morning in the garage skateboarding. He stayed in the garage one, because skateboards don't really move in SNOW and ICE, and two because I was afraid if the wind hit him it would blow him clear to Kansas.

Yesterday was the weather I have been waiting for and then Ellis wakes me with "Mommy it snowing outside." The weatherman so rudely informed me this morning that March is traditionally the snowiest month of the year in CO.

I feel for ya!...Alaire looks so cozy in the sun. I am only imagine what that looks and feels like. We are getting rain and snow this week. Don't think we will have any sun until maybe this time next week. Emmy and Nate are coming for dinner. I made you little meatloaf surprises. Don't think I'll ever make them in the iron skillet ever again.

Colorado weather does give you the best of the weather though.... It doesn't stay the same long enough for you to get too annoyed.... (like the midwest which is gray and cold for like 5 months)... anyways I have a favor. I am trying to collect license plates from all 50 states and wondered if you still had any of your old ones from all your moving? Hope you don't have a snowy march... or if it is snow that it melts and is 65 the next day.... :)

I can remember growing up in Longmont and having our birthday fall on Spring Break most years and that was always the week we would have some of the biggest snow storms. It would usually be melted off by the next week...and the sun would be shinning through it all. We're anxious to see warm weather again, too! I know you are looking forward to the day Ellis and Alaire can be outside. Ellis loves to be outside like his Daddy did at his age.

Love Ya! O'ma

Your weather is as crazy as ours... we had 75 deg. yesterday and snow flurries might be coming tonight! We are so excited as I have not seen a flake of snow yet in TX! The skateboard is very cool... love it!

That's what is so fabulous about Colorado, though... March can be crazy snowy, but it can also have lots of 70+ degree days. :o) We should definitely hang out soon - Ellis and EmJ would have a blast!
