The kiddos
The snow has melted now but it is such a cute picture I had to share it. He helped me shovel the driveway and the sidewalks and then he played in the backyard for a few minutes while Ladybug and I watched from the sliding glass door.
She is getting so big. We are now well into 3-6 months clothing and she is so long that some of the pants look like high waters. When people try to guess her age they always guess around 5 months but she is still a week and a few days shy of 4 months. She is really starting to fill our now and looking more and more like Ellis at this age. In some of the pictures I took today I even think she looks a lot like Auntie Em’s baby pictures.
Ellis has started to try to have conversations with Alaire. He will take whatever is the “it” thing of the moment and tell her all about it. “Awhere this mine drum stick. I hit cymbals.” That’s when I come running fearing that the cymbals could possibly be her head. While I was trying to take pictures of her he kept climbing up beside her saying “Mommy I smile too.” I couldn’t resist that little grin and I think I captured a pretty good one of both of them and that doesn’t happen often!
We are still working on mastering the potty. Most days I feel just fine taking him anywhere without the diaper but we occasionally have a day like yesterday (I’ll spare you the details) when I think maybe w

I need a copy of the two of them on the couch. She does look so big...lots bigger than when you were just here. Ellis cracks me up but I love the fact that he is already reading on the throne.

Guess they don't give ratings on Pictures? What would the throne pic be rated? Ellis looks so cute and the picture with his little sister, Alaire is adorable! Better make 2 copies of that one.
That one of the two of them is PRECIOUS! Those are rare, so frame that one. :)
Alaire is getting so big!!! And she's just so cute! The picture of her and Ellis is too precious. I love how he likes to "teach" her about everything he knows... what a fabulous big brother!
