Another new toothbrush

First check out that hairdo.....Wammy gave Ellis a little comb over after his bath tonight.

Now for the real story......Wammy and Pappy have a special stool at their house that Ellis has always used to brush his teeth with. Now that we are potty training he has been using the stool to "pee pee like daddy." This morning he was running around upstairs while Alaire was taking a nap so I decided to take a shower while he was happy being upstairs. This is something I do often at home so I felt pretty comfortable with him just doing as he pleased while I showered. I heard him come in one time and asked what he was up to he said he was going to go pee pee by himself so I took a peek and he was doing fine. Afterwards he said he was going to go put the stool away but by the sound of it he was pushing it all over the room so I asked what he was up to and he said he was brushing his teeth. I had to peek again....just feeling a little pride that my little guy was getting big and becoming more independant, able to brush his teeth all on his own.....boy did I get kicked off of my high horse.....the sight I saw....something I hope to never see again....he had just dipped his toothbrush in the toilet and it was heading for his mouth! I grabbed it as quickly as I could. I guess you could say it was time for another new toothbrush!
