Tonight at dinner we got confirmation that we chose the right name for our son. For those of you that know little of my home town Cincy I will tell you that one of the best restaraunts on the planet Earth is there. It is called Montgomery Inn and everytime I return for a visit I make sure that I come home with a few bottles of their BBQ sauce stuffed away in my suitcase. I tend to hoard it for myself but tonight I was feeling generous so I decided to share with my son. He has a great understanding for the better things in life and apparently a pretty good understanding for what his name really means (my dad has a pretty big love for Montgomery Inn too). Ellis loved it. Just after I took this picture he was dipping his cheese in the sauce. So Pappy make us a reservation because he needs to make his first trip, of what we hope are many, to the Boathouse!!
Here is your pic of Alaire today. She still loves to sleep. This is an outfit from her Great Mam and Pap and I'm agreeing with a few of my comments, I'm loving getting to dress up a girl. They have so many more choices! The blanket she is on was a gift from one of our students here named Ellie, pretty impressive huh.
This dog is from my Peepaw. There is a long story behind it that has just recently developed but it is much to long for the blog. Anyway, Ellis has just discovered it again. This morning he even introduced his other "dog" Truck to it. Trevor and I named this dog Lincoln. If Alaire had been a boy that would have been her name but when we found out she was a girl we gave the name to our beloved pup from Peep.
Here is another shot of Alaire from today that Trevor took. I think she has the most precious expression here.
** Check to the left under the movies of the bug. There is a hillarious new movie we took of him eating some Mike and Ikes from his halloween candy.

Cassie,
Why don't we live closer to you all? I'm convinced Ellie and Ellis would be best pals.. Ellie is still begging for candy everyday and does Ellis sometimes have wild hair like Ellie? Oh by the way, we are doing another macbook offer.. can you believe it? It was on Josh Clark and it's through another company, bur here we go again.. if you are interested let us know!
O'ma...
Ellis looks so big in these pics! I think Alaire is just beautiful and so is her expression in your last pic of her! You are blessed!
Love Ya!
O'ma...again...
Watched the "CHEWY" clip, Ellis is so funny and sweet in it. Hey, did he get his hair cut? Maybe that's why he looks older.
Love & miss you!
Oh cass, the last photo is to die for. A true birth announcement photo. She is precious...
Reservations have been made...so when you coming? Love "chewy"... he speaks from his toes. A little girl...could Mamaw have her ruffley girl? Can't believe it! Glad that Lincoln has a friend. You'll have to tell the story one day. I guess you found your camera cords.
I love the picture of Alaire at the end - she is so precious!! :o) And I think being a big brother is making Ellis grow up - he looks so big!
