While most of the foods Ellis has tasted so far have been a big hit I can't say that he has felt the same way about green beans. I don't blame him a bit. I'm pretty sure I didn't like green beans either until I was at least 12 or 13 but I had a very good reason! I've told him the two times now that he has had them that he is very lucky that Trevor and I don't have a garden because if we did he would be eating a lot....and I mean a lot more of them, believe me I know from experience. I have kind of had to rotate with fruit; first we have a few bites of pears and them I sneak in a bite of the green beans. His all time favorite though is still applesauce, we save that for last and I do believe that he along with his aunt Sarah Beth could live on a jar a week. If they were sharing though I know that they would have to buy more......I will let you know when he starts cottage cheese and then we will really know if he and aunt Sarah Beth could be one in the same.

What a Hoot! What do you mean? You loved green beans as a child...that is until we had them for every meal. All I want to know is how he likes his cream of wheat mixed with applesauce. I seem to remember that Aunt Sarah Beth loved it :)
